ARCHITECTURE
I photographed buildings and architecture in Manchester, focusing on different aspects of each building. My artistic research and Helene Binet's work inspired me.

Dynamic diagonals
Involves incorporating diagonal lines within the frame to create a sense of movement, energy and visual interest in the images. Diagonal lines serve as leading lines that draw the viewer`s attention into the image also give the impression of three-dimensionality, which can construct a flat photograph feel more dynamic and engaging.

It encompasses the way objects and elements in a photograph are arranged to create the illusion of depth and distance making the image seem more realistic and engaging to the viewer. Selective focus can involve not just blurting the background but also intentionally choosing which elements or areas within a scene are sharp and which aren’t.
Depth of field
